Lohori means wave, a style of kantha stitching popular in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, where the straight kantha stitch are closely packed to form regular patterns.
This beautiful lohori kantha features multi-coloured stitching in the soja (straight or simple lines) pattern, creating a fabulous pink and green stripe, with a fringed edge.
