Returns

We want you to be delighted with the treasures you purchase from Juniper Hearth and understand that sometimes an item bought online may not fit or be quite right.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of your purchase, as long as items are in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging. Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us via email to arrange a return. 

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will either issue store credit or process a refund (minus shipping costs) to the credit card you used to make the purchase, in accordance with your request. If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you.

You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered, or were damaged in transit. In this case we will make alternate arrangements with you.

Juniper Hearth takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.

Exchanges

As some of our items are 'limited edition' designs, sometimes it may not be possible to exchange with an equivalent item, but we will do our best to ensure you are delighted with your final choices.
