Neeru Kumar has created a whole new vocabulary in textile design. Her unique sensibility, respect and deep knowledge of traditional weaving processes and textile techniques, as well as her support of the Indian craft sector, has made great innovation possible in fabrication.

This fabulous NK shirt jacket (shacket) is made from handwoven wool, with abstract shapes in deep blues and greens, and charcoal. It's a classic button up shirt style, with full length cuffed sleeves, splits at the sides, and patch pockets at the front. Where buttoned up as a cosy shirt, or undone as a stylish jacket.

NOTE: This is handwoven fabric. Any irregularities in colour or weave are not to be construed as faults, but part of the beauty of the artisanal process.
