Maku Textiles was founded in 2011 by designer Santanu Das. With a passion for handwoven textiles and indigo dye, Maku produces carefully considered handmade garments that celebrate the historic craft and textile traditions of India.
An oversized checked silk cotton dress with gathers around the neck and cuffs, a centre front loop placket, loose t-shirt collar, dropped shoulders, cuffs, side slits and in-seam side pockets. Fabric features jamdani weaving.
